Dr. Rajeev received his BHMS degree from State Mohan Homoeopathic Medical College, Lucknow in 2000, and there he completed his practice residency in Balrampur Hospital Lucknow. He earned a gold medal for scoring top marks in the 1993 U.P. batch. His practice is predominantly Neuropsychiatry, Orthopedic, Cardiac, Resp, Genitourinary and skin disorders.
